Fabbian Fine Homes and the Guelph Habitat for Humanity Restore have recently partnered up in the construction of an 8’ X 10’ playhouse to be auctioned off at Stone Road Mall in Guelph.  This playhouse, along with the two others has an approximate retail value of $5,000. All proceeds generated from the draw will be donated to the Wellington County chapter of Habitat for Humanity to assist in the purchase of goods for Habitat projects.  Take the time to view the pictures here, or visit www.habitatwellington.on.ca.  Tickets are available for sale at Stone Road Mall in various locations (the Fabbian/Restore playhouse is located just outside of Pizza Pizza).  You can also visit the Habitat Restore located at 45 Dawson Road, unit 3A or the Fabbian Fine Homes Castlewood model home located at 82 Summit Ridge Drive to purchase your ticket.  Tickets are $4 each and the draw will take place January 3, 2009.  Your support is greatly appreciated.

Fabbian Homes has recently moved the model and presentation centre for their now renowned Castlewood subdivision to 82 Summit Ridge Drive.  The new model boasts 3 fully furnished bedrooms and a second story family room.  A dedicated colour and material selection centre is being constructed in the finished basement of the Frontenac model home to assist homebuyers with these important decisions.  Also, a part time design consultant has been added to their customer service team, allowing homeowners to enjoy more “one on one time” to ensure the highest level of comfort while making their selections.

To accompany the grand opening of the new model home, they have improved upon their home selections, adding 3 new 40’ singles, and 3 new semi-detached designs.  Fabbian Homes can now, more easily, service the first time homebuyer, while providing a wider array of options for those second and third time buyers.

To top it off, Fabbian homes has become a registered Energy Star homebuilder, with the Frontenac model being our first with such designation.  They are very proud of this accomplishment, and look forward to building many more Energy Star qualified homes.  Energy Star specifications will currently be offered as an option on all single detached homes, with a move to 100% Energy Star in the near future. All of their semi-detached homes will be Energy Star qualified. For more information on Energy Star, please visit www.nrcan.ca
